I’m starting the processing of reserving a room and planning out the details. I’m going to go forward with having it at UMBC.

When I get time and location details I will create an event on Socialzr for everyone to RSVP. This will strictly be to get a rough head count for planning purposes and because I be treating everyone who shows up bright and early to coffee and donuts!

The good: official date is Saturday, June 13th. The bad: not all devcamps will be happening. The ugly: Palm doesn’t understand us.

Rejoice! The day has been announced!

Sprint has announced today that the Palm Pre will be available on June 6. Sprint announced that it will be available nationwide in Sprint stores, as well as at Best Buy, Radio Shack, and select Wal-Mart stores. The webOS-based phone will retail for $199.99 (after rebate and service agreement).

I am awaiting confirmation of a date for preDevCamp and I will be furiously  posting details as I get them.
